EDIT: I checked some weapon stats.. Rune Sword is as fast as Rune Dagger and has good stab bonus. attack style of rune sword is Stab.
Rune Scimitar is also fast but has better str bonus and good slash bonus. Attack style of rune Scimitar is Slash.

So i think Rune Scim is still the best weapon i can use :P

When i get my ban away i train Str to 70, attack to 75, magic to 59 and fishing to 76.. With bot of course :)
Then i stop botting and just wait for the 10 day ban i will get again...

what scripts are you planning to use ??
