This being said in your thread,

People claim thing's such as system update log-outs are a higher priority level then 5, but that is not true. Next time a system update happens, enter a cutscene like the Draynor Bank Robbery or a Magic Carpet ride, and when the system-update happens, you will be logged out and i'm not really sure whether your character stays logged in and finishes the cutscene or it is automatically finished and you are Force Teleported to the destination upon system update logout, but when you log back in the cutscene will already be finished.

So as of now there hasn't been anything discovered that has a higher game priority then level 5.

That's what he was going for I'm guessing.
