ON SUBJECT: I do think it's something to do with bh and questing, Since bh is the only "Legal" way to transfer items...But then again maybe it's something to do with a quest, bh and poh...
EDIT: "I suggest using a specific quest item that takes you out." Maybe posoin yourself before going to a random event, even though that sounds vaguely impossible to know when your going to a random event you could still "try"
