Healthy diet
So your thinking, how the hell can you lose a stone in a week and still be well? Do what i did! All your going to be eating over the next week is:
You alternate those foods over the week having breakfast, sometimes dinner, and your tea, and you will see a big difference. Some people say well, thats not alot and it wouldn't be that nice. The food fills you up rather quickly and doesn't taste that bad. Just try it, i promise you it will work. (note: snacking on chocolate and sweets does not help) |
You will still need to get foods like veg and get enough vitamins/minerals.

Thats one wierd diet. If you ever need to lose weight temporarily, just eat small portions and drink Gatorade or another drink with high sodium.

i think a healthy diet includes going to the gym, and eating so much fruit and meat, adding up to around 5000 calories a day. once u burn it, ull loose soo much weight. idk., thats what michael phelps duz :))
