Healthy diet

So your thinking, how the hell can you lose a stone in a week and still be well? Do what i did! All your going to be eating over the next week is:
  • Noodles (uncooked, out of the packs..(about 6p in tesco)
  • Go Ahead (cheese & tomato) snack bars
  • Oranges/Apples/Banana

You alternate those foods over the week having breakfast, sometimes dinner, and your tea, and you will see a big difference.

Some people say well, thats not alot and it wouldn't be that nice. The food fills you up rather quickly and doesn't taste that bad.

Just try it, i promise you it will work.

(note: snacking on chocolate and sweets does not help)

Thats one wierd diet. If you ever need to lose weight temporarily, just eat small portions and drink Gatorade or another drink with high sodium.

It is kind of weird, but if your not that good with exercise then it works very well. (Just ask my dad xD)

i think a healthy diet includes going to the gym, and eating so much fruit and meat, adding up to around 5000 calories a day. once u burn it, ull loose soo much weight. idk., thats what michael phelps duz :))
