How to Workout and Live Healthy
Ok here it is. First off when you workout you have to warmup 15 minutes before you finally start doing something vigorus. Don't jump straight to doing 500 situps cause its not going to do anything. Also, if you think doing situps for 1 night is gonna help its not you have to do it continuisly. In Addition, don't run 10 miles and go eat Mcdonalds cause that won't help either.
P.S. You are only obese if you can't see your feet unless its your abs. Anything else anyone wants to add go ahead |
Doing more reps with smaller weights will not work as much on tone or buffing you up, it will though increse your strength so if you little guys don't want to bulk up, and less reps with heavier weights will build you up and work more on tone and definition although don't get me wrong it will make you stronger. Running is an amazing exercise it works pretty much every muscle and it's an endurance test. I suggest you go jogging every other night for a week and run as far as you can and you will see your progress. If you would like more tips please post back.
