And they refuse to refund that, any idea as to what can be done? as hes getting kicked from the chat :P

This happened to me.
I got scammed. They changed the pass and just played on it. I recovered it 200k richer though XD

There actually pretty reliable if you go with the proper Chinese Gold Farming site.. there's dodgy ones out there. Just have to know that they are faily well-known.
