I've had something weird like this before.

This happens randomly aaall the time, before and after HD.
I'm a bit skeptical about the bank image, but I don't own the cape...
Also, this texture-juggling doesn't just happen with the cape. Sometimes you can see fountains spewing lava, and lava flowing down magic trees...
If you found a way to trigger it willingly, though, nice job.

This was also done with Magic trees and Fountain's.

Happened to me once, had 3 fire capes stacked, and whenever I withdrew and deposited a cape, the placement of the blue dots changed. Kinda freaky, have no clue what caused it though.
