Yeah I really turned my diet around too since the beginning of summer. I've always been skinny so I'm concentrating only on high protein, high carbs, low fat etc...
Decent results so far but I think I need to get more calories on a daily basis. After like three or four months of bulking I'll try to cut body fat. |
i am skinny as well, maybe i should try to eat more of these things...its riduclous im 15 weight 115...and im 5'9
