can it be a mod on funorb or only on runescape?

Ok there was a birthday party the other day and loads of JMods on, what you need to do is email them saying there's about 20 people spamming a phisher in world # at place, they will come and try to sort it out while they're there say to them can you say BP4L is 1337 ownage leetness or something and your done.
