is this like when your familiar randomly disapears and the game doesnt think you have one then you login and its back ?

Well sometimes your familiar disapears and the game says you don't have one summoned. When you log in your familiar reappears. This only happened once for me, but I've heard it happened from other people.

That's probably fixed because the only bug I recall with something similar to that is one that allowed you to summon two familiars at the same time.
